In-Game Description

Be careful what you wish for. The hero known as Drone Face once had a sickly skinny body but very handsome face. A rogue doctor promised to help him. After a lot of pain, time, chemicals, and maybe a little magic, his body became a wondrous machine.

But now he has to wear the drone helmet, which absorbs the sun's power and keeps him fit. Sometimes the world is cruel.

Commentary

A few weeks after making a villain on Triumph, I decided to balance him with a hero. I don't remember if I had any concepts in mind when creating him. His backstory, name, and look may well have been developed while in the character creator.

The Willpower / Super Strength (SS) combo proved powerful. Basically the only way to defeat a willpower tank is to either overwhelm him in number or level. With even minor support from teammates, he gets significanly tougher. When he gets the SS Rage power at level 28, his accuracy sky-rockets and his damage output is noticeably improved.

I did not play on Triumph often. When I did team with his SG, though, I remember having fun.
