Agua Iguana

Agua Iguana is one of several Water Blast characters I made within a few days of each other.  The water set had some great visual effects, a heal attack, and some fun AoE attacks.  Since Virtue was my "official ice server", it continued the theme to pair water with the Cold Domination buff/debuff set.

I can't remember whether I thought of his name before getting to the character creator.  Once you know "agua" is Spanish for water, the "iguana" just sort of follows naturally.

His description occurred to me when there were no pants available for the monstrous legs costume parts.  It seemed incongruous to have the nice ceremonial jacket and no pants.  But to protect the citizens of Paragon City, he was willing to do what he had to do.
