Changes on 1 July 1999
- Remain with Leggette (record-keeper)
and Smith Barney TRAK (funds) for 6 months
- Increase maximum contribution from 12% to 15%
(limited to $10,000 by Federal law)
- New employees will have a five-year vesting period
(remains 4 years for existing employees)
- Annual profit sharing deposit will be made as in past years
