Changes to Profit Sharing

• Profit Sharing will be replaced by Performance Grants
• Final profit sharing payment to be made this summer
• DBA will still accrue this special account at same rate,
  but it will be distributed based on performance
• As DBA profits grow, so will the Performance Funding
• Performance Grants will be current (not retirement) income
• Grants may be given by individual achievement
• Grants may be given by group (project) achievement
• The purpose of this change is to encourage and reward excellence
